SHIPPING, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION BEFORE COURSE 

Once you join any of our courses, you will have access to the practical material and videos of the program, and you cannot cancel after that.

RETURN POLICY

The following are the policies to be eligible for return requests after shipment/ receipt of (certificates, Books, or scientific materials):

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the (certificates, Books, or scientific materials) to us.

Only items(certificates, Books, or scientific materials) that have been purchased directly from Altakamolia International can be eligible for a return.

Any Altakamolia international Services purchased through other retailers is not eligible for this policy and must be in accordance to the respective retailers’ returns and refunds policy.

Certificates are eligible for a return if the following are applied:

Damaged:
The (certificates, Books, or scientific materials) are found to be damaged upon receipt. Items have been tampered with/refurbished or modified. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges to return certificates. Returns are applicable only for complete Altakamolia international services.

Returned items must meet the following requirements:
– The item (certificates, Books, or scientific materials) must be shipped back to us within 7 working days upon receipt. (as proved by the postal or courier receipt).
– You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
– Items (certificates, Books, or scientific materials) must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging, and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner.
– Items (certificates, Books, or scientific materials) must be returned in the original box (or with, at least, suitable packaging) to protect the certificate from damage during return delivery.

Change of order and cancellation of order will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed. Any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, or refund that is deemed unfit or unreasonable.

REFUND POLICY

Once you confirm your subscription, you cannot get a refund.
We are committed to correcting certificates if the mistake is on our part.
We will add your certificate to our alumni page.
Once the certificate is obtained you can check the certificate on our website.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Address
We will only ship the hard copy of the (certificates, Books, or scientific materials) by DHL to addresses provided in the billing address or shipment address provided during your purchase. Or ship the soft copy of the certificates (PDF) by email provided to us.

Please ensure correct addresses and reachable phone numbers are provided when completing your order. We do not ship to P.O Boxes (Post-Office Boxes) and only to valid legitimate shipping addresses.

We will not be liable in the event of an incorrect shipping address is provided and certificates are returned to us.

All re-delivery of certificates to you will be charged for an associated shipping charge which will be disclosed upon request for a second delivery attempt.

Change In Shipping Address
If you have any request for a change of shipping address, please email us at altakamoliasmy@gmail.com within 12 hours of your order submission.

If the request for a change in shipping address is made after 24 hours of order confirmation, customers will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.

Shipping Time
It typically takes between 3-7 working days (Monday to Friday) for (certificates Books or scientific materials) to arrive at your destination. The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays only.

Tracking Number
Once (certificates, Books, or scientific materials) leave our office and are picked up by our shipping partner, the tracking ID for the package will be communicated to you via email and updated on your member’s account.
